5 EASY STEPS TO GET STARTED WITH ESHOP

1. Go to www.checkersfs.co.za and click on the ‘Shop Online’ tab or go to eshop.checkersfs.co.za for direct access.

2. Log in using the email and password provided during registration.

Note: Your password is case sensitive and you have the option to change it once logged in. You can do this by going to ‘My Account’ and selecting the ‘Change Password’ option.

3. Search for a product:

3.1 Quick search: Look for the search bar in the top right corner of the page and type in the name or item number of the product you’d like to find. The drop down will display the top 5 search results. For better search results, use the full name and add a brand name if possible.

3.2 Advanced search: Don’t see the item you are looking for? Click on the search icon next to the quick search bar for a more comprehensive search. You can also filter your search by category, sub-category or price range.

3.3 Search by filters: Click on the ‘Categories’ tab to browse our products by category. Click on the ‘Exclusive Brands’ tab to browse our products by to view products by category, price or in alphabetical order.

4. Shopping cart and checkout: Add products to the shopping card by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button. To review your shopping cart, click the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon in the top right corner of the page. Here you can update, remove and adjust quantities of products before you confirm the order. Remember to tick the ‘I agree with the terms of service box’ before you click ‘Checkout’. Select your billing address, delivery date (normal cut-off times apply), insert a PO number (if applicable) and confirm your order.

5. Save time by creating an order list: The ‘Favourites function’ allows you to save a list of frequently ordered products. To add products to this list, simply click the ‘Add to Favourites’ button. To view the list, click the ‘Favourites’ tab in the top left corner of the page. From there on, it will be as simple as selecting all the products you’d like to order and adjusting the quantities before clicking ‘Add to Cart’.
